August reminds us all that Fall is right around the corner. As students head back to school, it’s a reminder that time goes by way too fast. I spoke at an event four years ago, and after I spoke, I had a lady come up to me and tell me she has always wanted to own her own coffee shop.
As I write my blog for July, I am sitting on an airplane flying back from Texas. I felt the need to quickly write my blog after the incredible event I spoke for. I will admit traveling can be stressful, and I want to tell you about my experience getting to this event.

I had the opportunity to share my program with a college women’s basketball team this month. I learned so much from being in their presence, and the number one thing I learned is how important it is to be resilient. This college team has been struggling all year long with challenges and personnel issues.
